Himalayan Women and Children’s Foundation is organizing a two weeks Volunteering Program in Nepal. The program focuses on providing free dental and medical care to local people living in Salleri regiom of Solu Khumbu district. The mobile medical/dental facility is located in Salleri and is staffed by doctors, dentists and nurses from United States of America and Canada.

The Coordinator of the program is Mr. A. C. Sherpa, who is the president of Himalayan Women & Children Foundation (HWCF). We are organizing a 4 days dental camp at two separate villages, an orphanage and a few schools. The main aim of this camp is to offer free dental and medical care to underprivileged people of Salleri in the Solu Salleri region of Everest. If you are willing to help please come and support us by joining the trip.

This might be the best opportunity to visit and help the needy in Nepal.

Age Range: 18 or above. Open to all candidates irrespective of country of origin, caste or colors.
Cost in US$: 2,500 (an advance deposit of $1000 is required to reserve a place for you). Balances are due 120 days prior to departure date unless otherwise notified.

Cost Includes:

4 nights B&B hotel accommodation in Kathmandu
Housing in the village during volunteer programs for 2 weeks
Full support staff and 3 meals a day plus snacks during the program
Pre-departure orientation / training
All travel while in host country
Medial camp support and evacuation
Food and accommodation with Sherpa support staff and guides
